OK, so I have finally taken the big commitment to create a blog. I had to have a long conversation with myself first about how much I do not want to be like the typical bloggers who genuinely think that people care about their every waking thought. I also had to have a heart-to-heart to see if I was really willing to commit time to writing it often enough to make it worthwhile. And I promise that I will surely disappoint you on both counts. If you know me, you know that I can talk forever about myself and my family, because of course we are super-interesting, right? And the fact that I am sitting here at almost midnight setting this thing up is proof that I don't really have time for it, but since when have I used good reason and logic to make decisions? Why start now?!
So, to all my family and friends who want to keep up to date with what we are doing as we head off on our travels around the world, I'll try to make it a good read. Starting tomorrow....
